Have you just made a purchase on L2Focus and want a refund? You have come to the right place. Below you will find all the information on what can be refunded, when you can do so and how to get started.

What types of products can I return for a refund?
In general, coins purchased on L2Focus can be refunded. The exception is items already transformed within the game. Products such as hero, vip or other consumables cannot be refunded. L2Focus cannot refund purchases made outside our dashboard.

What is the refund period?
You can get a refund of coins within 14 days of purchase. However, you cannot have consumed the purchased coins.

If you have been banned or violated the terms of service in any way, you will not be entitled to a refund. Furthermore, you will not be able to receive a refund if L2Focus determines that there is abuse of the refund policy.

How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, click Support at the top of the site and contact us through one of our customer service channels.

How will I receive the refund?
By default, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

If L2Focus determines that there is an abuse of the refund policy, it may not be possible to issue a refund. The policy exists for you to make your purchases as convenient as possible, spending only on what you want to progress!
